So what’s the challenge…
As a Stores Concept & Design Senior Specialist, you'll tweak store layouts to enhance customer experience and boost OPAP/PLAY product buzz. Ready to level up in the vibrant world of our retail network?

Your day to day will include:

• Developing new store concepts aligned with company strategy to enhance retail performance and customer experience.
• Coordinating with design agencies to meet business needs, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
• Implementing new technologies and marketing initiatives to boost market impact and customer engagement.
• Managing pilot projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Creating display solutions for product launches, optimizing in-store customer experience. 
• Defining product placement guidelines to maximize revenue and enhance customer engagement.
• Presenting design solutions to internal stakeholders to enhance in-store traffic and customer experience.
• Performing regular store visits to validate accurate implementation of design standards

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Marketing or any other relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role in the Retail/Banking industry
• Proficient user of AutoCAD, of SketchUp & V-Ray (or other relevant 3D modeling programs) and of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Creativity & conceptual thinking
• Organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills on both Greek and English language
