What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, implement and support of chemical processes, according to the requirements of the company’s production operations and the products’ technical data package.
- Produce cost estimates.
- Prepare technical studies & proposals.
- Investigate and select required tools and equipment, the auditing of subcontractors and the activities of the company’s Quality Management system.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Chemical Engineering degree from a Greek university or a recognized equivalent from a foreign university.
- Previous relevant experience within a manufacturing environment (previous experience in the defense sector will be considered as an additional qualification).
- The practical knowledge of one or more of the following processes:
- Surface treatment of metal surfaces (especially aluminum alloys).
- Preparation of metal surfaces and application of liquid protective paint systems.
- Application of conformal coating on electronic assemblies.
- Application of bonding and sealant materials.
- Excellent knowledge and use of the English language, both orally and verbally, with the ability to understand complex technical documents.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired:
- A postgraduate degree within the scope of the role is desirable.
- Comfortable to facilitate effective communication across various levels (customers, operational unit, production areas, products development etc.).
- Previous experience in instigating and implementing continuous process improvement is desirable.
- Previous practical experience of an ERP, ideally SAP system is desirable.
- Ability to obtain security clearance from relevant authorities.
- Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable) is an asset.
