Site Engineer (Civil – Electrical/Mechanical)

📌 Location: Porto Cheli & Athens

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Site Supervisor

What you will do:

• Implementing daily work plans and supervising site activities according to project timelines.
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality and accuracy of subcontractor works.
• Providing technical support to resolve on-site issues.
• Tracking project progress against technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring proper allocation and management of materials and equipment.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations and reporting potential risks.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Assisting in overseeing specialized tasks, such as construction or electro-mechanical installations.
• Preparing reports on progress, deviations, and challenges.
• Offering technical guidance and support to the workforce.

Candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Civil or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (AEI or TEI).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in supervising and managing building construction sites.
• Essential knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Desired knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience in cost estimation and measurement of building works is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cost-control systems and familiarity with BIM is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, including technical terminology.
