Key Responsibilities:

As a Facade Engineer, your role will be varied and dynamic, including but not limited to:

• Designing facades for new constructions and refurbishment projects.
• Developing technical drawings and specifications for facade fabrication and installation.
• Communicating directly with clients, perform risk assessment and developing customized facade solutions accordingly.
• Performing cost analysis to provide accurate budget estimates and optimize project costs.
• Evaluating and selecting materials and finishes that align with design requirements and budget constraints.
• Collaborating closely with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of facade designs with overall building plans.
• Ensuring coordinated outputs within our teams from initial client ideas through to project completion.
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout each project lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Educational background in Facade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, NX).
• Experience with FEA and/or CFD is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in facade design and a commitment to professional growth within the industry.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations (domestic and international) is an advantage.
• Experience working on international and domestic projects is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver tasks on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• A customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• A dynamic, self-motivated, and well-organized approach to work, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• A collaborative team player with multitasking abilities.
