Key Responsibilities:

As a Facade Designer, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Designing facades for new constructions and refurbishment projects.
• Producing technical drawings and specifications for the fabrication and installation of facades.
• Collaborating with other designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the facade design integrates seamlessly with the overall building concept.
• Selecting materials and finishes that align with design specifications and budget requirements.
• Working within multi-disciplinary teams, attending and leading meetings with contractors in an advisory role.
• Developing projects technically from initial client concepts, ensuring coordinated outputs with our team.
• Contributing to design competitions and bids by providing innovative input.
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and effectively managing stakeholder communication.
• Occasional travel to support project requirements.

 

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

• A Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other relevant tools.
• Experience in facade design with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes, both domestic and international, is an advantage.
• Educational background in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Building Physics is highly valued.
• Experience working on international and domestic projects.
• The ability to manage project requirements, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• A customer-oriented approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A dynamic and adaptable personality with multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
