We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our technical support team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues, product troubleshooting, and customer support for our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the technical support team to provide superior customer service and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement technical support policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve complex product-related issues.
• Conduct training programs and workshops for internal teams, distributors, and customers on product knowledge and technical specifications.
• Oversee technical documentation and product guides to support end-users.
• Act as the escalation point for critical technical issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback and work with quality assurance teams to improve product performance.
• Provide expert guidance on product applications, installation methods, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical support, or a related role within the building materials industry.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to drive product improvements.
