Πλήρης απασχόλησηThe Lead Due Diligence Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into various aspects of business transactions, partnerships, investments, and other corporate dealings. The role involves verifying information, and ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, as well as identifying reputational risks through rigorous investigative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead a team of analysts and coordinate daily with investigators on the ground and local agents. Discuss ongoing investigations, address challenges, and share insights.
- Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance and support in complex investigations to enhance effectiveness and ensure alignment with the client’s goals and requirements.
Conduct Due Diligence Checks and Background Investigations:
- Perform comprehensive background checks on companies and individuals to:
- uncover financial, legal, and reputational risks
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-bribery laws.
- Monitor social media, local news outlets, public records, and other open sources for intelligence related to financial, legal, and reputational risks.
- Analyze and assess the credibility and reliability of sources and information.
- Utilize various databases and tools for data gathering and analysis to support investigative processes.
- Open source intelligence (OSINT) techniques to gather and analyze information from publicly available sources.
- Compile detailed reports summarizing findings and providing clear executive summaries.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive insights, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ensure all reports are well-researched, accurate, and adhere to organizational standards.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in due diligence.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Arabic language written and verbal is MANDATORY.
- Proficient in using research databases and investigative tools.
- Strong ethical foundation and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
