About the role

The Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality transfer pricing advice and solutions to companies, operating in financial, food & beverages, manufacturing and other sectors. He/she analyzes industries, companies, and processes to assess value creation, financial performance and efficiency of business activities. Other aspects of the role are: contribution to business planning, enterprise valuation and support to strategic decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

Strategy Development & Analysis

• Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies and policies, in accordance with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and benchmarking studies, using advanced tools and databases such as TP Catalyst, Royalty Range, and VBA.
• Prepare, plan and implement appropriate transfer pricing methods, tailored to specific transaction types and situations.

Audit, Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

• Support tax audits, leveraging expertise in transfer pricing.
• Conduct detailed reviews of facts related to transfer pricing and prepare comprehensive documentation reports.
• Provide expert advice on transfer pricing legislation and compliance, to ensure adherence to global standards.

 Relationship Management – Customer Experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Team Collaboration & Guidance

• Lead the team members on various projects, so as to ensure the highest quality of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
• A master's degree in related fields and or a relevant professional qualification (i.e. ADIT) will be considered a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Initiative, proactive approach.
• Team spirit.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management.
