As a part of our Procurement Team
You will be working for the Sustainability team, in a very friendly environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in Coca Cola Hellenic group, sharing knowledge and gaining experience. Our new team member needs to have:

* 3-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Procurement, Data management, Project Management, Mathematics, Finance, Environmental Science or Sustainability
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Supply Chain, Sustainability or another relevant field
* A relevant Master’s Degree in similar fields would be considered an advantage
* A good understanding of data management principles and best practices
* Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, along with good experience with Power Point
* Experience with reporting tools like Power BI would be an advantage
* Experience in ERP tools/SAP preferred & ability to understand database structures would be considered an advantage
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
* Experience in a multinational environment will be considered an asset
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to articulate findings, issues, challenges and provide recommendations and gather actionable insights.
* Great communication and team-work skills, good stakeholder and time management, as well as priority setting, attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, set priorities and multi-task

You can be successful in this role if you:

* Support Strategic Procurement Managers (SPMs) with analytical and reporting tasks in the area of Sustainability.
* Turn data into critical information and insights through building and maintaining centralized reports/dashboards, data analysis in line with company needs.
* Support group sourcing initiatives and relevant business cases, collect information from our partners regarding sustainability.
* Coordinate initiatives and action plans with internal stakeholders
* Conduct trainings and orientation for key users regarding the developed reports.
* Maintaining and doing refinements on reports/dashboards after feedback from stakeholders.
* Supplier performance: evaluate supplier performance & monitor KPI’s,
* Support the documentation and implementation of standard reports, data source definition and standards, policies, and procedures that ensure data integrity and quality.
* Maintain positive relationships regarding data governance and reporting matters with relevant cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
