Faze is seeking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various projects, such as logos, branding materials, packaging and promotional materials. With your strong design skills and attention to detail, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality design solutions to our clients.

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with our project manager to understand client requirements and project goals.
• Execute end-to-end design processes, from ideation and conceptualisation to final artworks and printing requirements
• Work on a variety of disciplines and projects both print and digital (branding, packaging, etc.)
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines for clients.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
• Ensure all visual designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Review and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
• 5+ proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Print production knowledge
• Expert knowledge of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work independently, to ensure that the deliverables are in line with the briefing and the business needs.

We will appreciate if you have

• UX/UI Design Skills: Ability to design interfaces that are intuitive and learner-friendly.
• Illustration Skills: we do love a good illustration, so it would be amazing if you have some background on that!

The salary we offer is adjusted to your skills, regardless of market trends.
