COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a highly energetic and passionate new member for its Interior Design & Decoration department.

Position: Junior Interior Designer

Position Overview: The Junior Interior Designer at COCO-MAT plays a vital role in enhancing the brand's aesthetic and functionality across various retail spaces and projects. This position combines creativity with practical design skills, contributing to the overall customer experience and brand identity. The designer will work closely with senior team members, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee styling and visual merchandising to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our retail locations both in Greece and internationally.
• Design retail spaces, exhibitions, special installations, and B2B projects, including hotel decoration studies.
• Coordinate and execute photo shoots and events to showcase our products.
• Monitor project progress and maintain effective communication with partners and clients
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform design choices and ensure alignment with market trends
• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, from concept through execution, with support from the Head of the Department

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Decoration
• Relevant experience as an Interior Designer or Decorator
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English
• A portfolio that highlights completed professional or personal projects.
• Good knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp (with photorealistic rendering in VRAY), and Photoshop.
•  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license
