Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in research, development, and producing of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, is looking for a BIM Specialist.
Your Role
As a BIM Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Digital Business Services team, and more specifically responsible for the development and management of BIM models related to our product offerings with other team members. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of our systems into architectural designs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating detailed BIM models for architectural aluminum systems through Revit
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure model accuracy domestically and abroad
- Implementing and maintaining BIM protocols and quality standards for the team
- Training and supporting team members in BIM software and processes
- Continuously reviewing and improving existing BIM libraries
- Participation in R&D projects
- Consult in person architectural offices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in Revit
- Knowledge of SketchUp would be a plus
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data management and documentation of BIM workflows
- Knowledge of the aluminum industry is a plus
- Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
