Job Description:

As the Brand Awareness and Content Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building our brand, sharing our vision, and promoting our core values. You will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content across various digital platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram & Linkedin. Your role will encompass content creation, posting, and video editing, all aimed at increasing our brand awareness and fostering a deeper connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity and values.

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our Instagram account, including posting schedules, captions, and engaging with our followers.

Video Editing: Create and edit video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and effectively convey our company’s vision and values.

Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and authentic manner.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of our content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video editing.
• Proficiency in tools and software for graphic design and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, particularly on Instagram.
• Creative thinker with the ability to tell compelling stories.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Passion for our company’s mission and values.
