About the Role

As a UX/UI & Graphic Designer, you will:

• Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces for our cryptocurrency exchange and travel-focused platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to bring concepts to life.
• Develop engaging graphics and marketing assets for branding, campaigns, and promotions.
• Optimize UI designs for SEO and performance.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, maintaining consistency across all designs.

Key Responsibilities

• UX/UI Design:
• Create intuitive layouts and interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
• Conduct user research and implement feedback to refine designs.
  
  
• Graphic Design:
• Produce branding materials, social media graphics, and ad creatives.
• Design marketing content for email campaigns, banners, and promotional assets.
• Create illustrations, icons, and animations to enhance the visual experience.
  
  
• Optimization & Collaboration:
• Ensure designs meet SEO and responsive design standards.
• Work closely with the team to implement and test designs.
• Continuously optimize designs based on user analytics and feedback.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer and Graphic Designer (hybrid role).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and tools.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Expertise in graphic design for both digital and print media.
• Expertise with SEO-optimized design and responsive layouts.
• Experience with HTML/CSS basics for design implementation.
• Fluent in Greek (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Good-to-Have:

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of crypto-blockchain technologies.
