Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design:
- Assist in the creation of visually compelling designs for digital and print materials such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, events and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Participate in real life and still life photo-shootings and stop motion projects.
- Digital Design:
- Design assets for websites, landing pages, and online ads, ensuring brand consistency.
- Support the creation of newsletters, banners, and digital communications.
- Social Media Content:
- Design engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and animations.
- Collaborate with the social media team to deliver designs tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Branding:
- Help maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all marketing efforts.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Project Management:
- Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Accept feedback and revise designs to meet project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in design (internships or freelance work are acceptable).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Creative Skills:
- A strong eye for detail, color, and typography.
- The ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take direction.
