UI/UX Designer

INK Design is a Branding & Digital Agency in Athens, seeking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while enhancing the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
