So what’s the challenge...

Are you ready to support clear and engaging communication for our retail network? As a Retail Communication Coordinator, you'll assist in delivering well-structured messages that inform, support, and engage our partners. Your role will focus on refining content, ensuring consistency, and helping create materials that empower our network with key information while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in building positive and effective relationships with partners by supporting clear and empathetic communication strategies
• Helping to analyze communication needs and contribute to the development of a strategic communication plan for better engagement
• Working with OPAP teams to create communication materials like announcements, key messages, and memos that align with the company’s goals
• Supporting the Sales Team in sharing important messages with the Network in a timely and efficient way
• Collecting and reviewing feedback from partners to help improve communication and satisfaction
• Continuously helping refine communication approaches to support business objectives and strengthen partner connections

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in communication, content editing, or digital learning development
• Familiarity with Illustrator or Photoshop is beneficial 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Conceptual thinking
• Problem solving and flexibility
• Achievement orientation
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Excellent use of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral & written)
