Business Application Support

Your primary task will be to support MAN Energy Solutions  users of internal applications in Europe. This requires you to support business users in reporting and refining bugs, change request and new demands. You are also responsible for testing and verifying users’ system improvement requests. This includes also follow-up with business users to get confirmation on any solution or workarounds provided by IT.

Responsibilities:

  •  Support MAN ES user of internal applications in Europe: CRM, Myplace (webshop),C4S,FSM
  • Onboard new colleagues to our internal applications
  • Be involved in training of MAN colleagues, creating training materials and management
  • Support business users in reporting and refining bugs, change request and new demands.
  • Be responsible for testing and verifying users’ system improvement requests.
  • Be the connecting rod between the local offices in Europe and the global Product Owners in Denmark ensuring feedback on needs and demands from the local offices
  • Well-structured and self-organized
  • Ability to work under pressure

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Business educational background
  • Basic knowledge in web content management system and/or similar systems
  • Knowledge on e-business
  • Very good presentation Skills
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Easy to relate and get in contact with other people
  • Willing to build and maintain internal network
  • Well-structured and self-organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactiveness and willingness to learn
