The eCommerce Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce team, ensuring the smooth execution of online sales initiatives and optimizing the digital shopping experience for customers. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing digital assets, and providing administrative support to various functions within the eCommerce department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the upload, organization, and maintenance of product listings, images, descriptions, and other content on the eCommerce platform(s).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines across all digital assets and product information.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and backorder fulfillment to minimize stockouts and optimize product availability.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of eCommerce promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns, including updating banners, landing pages, and promotional messaging on the website.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure alignment between eCommerce promotions and overall marketing strategies.
• Generate and maintain reports on eCommerce performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behavior.
• Assist in analyzing data and identifying insights to inform decision-making and optimization efforts within the eCommerce department.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce management.
