Πλήρης απασχόλησηJob Responsibilities:
- Administrate the CRM system to collect and analyze data so as to achieve personalized communication & customer engagement
- Organize and send targeted communications (promotional or informational) to B2B or B2C customer segments in close cooperation with Sales, Product Management and a wide network
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of Loyalty program
- Address daily customer inquiries related to loyalty program and CRM issues.
- Generate reports and insights on the performance of loyalty programs and CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate extensively with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, ΙΤ) to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or a related field
- Good working knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge in MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) will be considered as a plus
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
