ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a multinational leading digital platform for services and payments, is looking for a skilled professional for the position of Product Manager.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will oversee the development and management of the company’s product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of customer and market needs, the ability to conceptualize new offerings, and strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously assess the Greek market to spot trends and opportunities relevant to company’s product portfolio.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing products, aligning with overall business goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while overseeing budgets and timelines.
- Track product performance using key metrics, analyze cost structures, and optimize pricing models to maximize revenue.
- Monitor competitors and market shifts to ensure company’s products remain innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to ensure product goals are met and market needs are addressed.
- Effectively communicate product plans and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product management and financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with focus on delivering product strategies that align with business goals
- Working knowledge of MS suite
- Strong understanding of product marketing tactics (marketing campaigns, social media etc)
- Strong ability in market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English
- Creative problem solving skills
- Well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology
