The Role
We are looking for an eShop Administrator to join our growing eCommerce team. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our online store, ensuring an optimal user experience and supporting both B2B and B2C customers. Responsibilities

  • eShop Content Management: Maintain and update the product catalog, website banners, landing page and promotions to ensure an engaging online shopping experience.
  • Order & Customer Management: Oversee order processing, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via live chat & email.
  • Operations Coordination: Monitor eShop orders and collaborate with Stores & Central Warehouse to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product Management, Marketing, IT) and external partners (Developers, Marketplaces, Agencies) to optimize website performance and online sales.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze eShop KPIs, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, IT or a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the electrical installation equipment industry or eCommerce related role.
  • Strong understanding of online systems and eCommerce platforms (experience with Magento or WordPress is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, digital-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvements.
  • Fluency in Greek & English.
