Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services, focusing on web projects.
Strong understanding of web development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Basic knowledge of project management tools (JIRA) and collaboration platforms (Slack, GitHub).
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the role they play in web-based fintech applications.
Experience managing multiple web projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.
