ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of a well-established and financially robust Greek Commercial company with leading status in its industry and strong international activity, is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join its leadership team as E-Commerce Specialist.

E-Commerce Specialist (5889/ECS/ESS/GR)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee website functionality, ensure smooth operations, and develop strategies to drive traffic and boost sales.
• Create engaging lead magnets to build mailing lists, drive conversions, and enhance user experience.
• Regularly update product descriptions and other content to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve performance metrics and relevant KPIs.
• Manage external marketplaces, and especially Amazon, to enhance visibility and increase conversions
• Analyze website trends, successes, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor user activity, purchase behavior, and conversion rates, and conduct A/B testing of exit pages to reduce bounce rates and increase session times.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and strategy to achieve e-commerce objectives.
• Communicate effectively with the Marketing, Editorial, and Sales teams to ensure timely uploading of products and resources, adhering to area-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in e-commerce.
• Familiarity with e-shop content management, including taxonomies, product categories, and product attributes.
• Experience with product availability and price maintenance for both single products and mass imports.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms and MS Office, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VBA for Applications (MS Excel) is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
