We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior E-commerce & Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our online store and creating engaging digital content to support our brand's growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of fashion e-commerce.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Website Content Management:

Upload and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

Assist with website updates and basic maintenance.

 

UX/UI Support:

Contribute to website user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) improvements.

Provide feedback on website design and functionality.

Assist with testing website changes and updates.

 

Google Analytics 4 (GA4):

Monitor and track website traffic and performance using GA4.

Generate basic reports on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, sales, conversions).

Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

 

Social Media Support:

Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (e.g., images, videos, captions).

Engage with followers and monitor social media channels.

Support social media campaigns and initiatives.

 

Other Duties:

Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Skills & Experience:

Strong interest in fashion and e-commerce.

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).

Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.

Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
