Matis is Hiring: E-Shop Employee

Matis, a dynamically growing Greek women's fashion company based in Athens, is looking for a female team member to join its e-shop department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring orders through the e-shop

• Customer service via phone and email

• Telephone sales and order taking

• Collaboration with the warehouse and logistics team

• Support in daily e-shop operations (e.g., product updates, pricing, stock, packaging etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

• Previous experience in a similar position in an e-shop or in telephone sales

• Excellent computer skills, especially in macOS environment

• Organizational skills, responsibility, and professionalism

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Additional skills that will be appreciated:

• Familiarity with SoftOne ERP

• Experience with e-commerce platforms

• Strong focus on creating a positive customer experience
