The aim of the position of the e-commerce assistant is to carry out sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of the On Line merchandise in accordance with agreed sales strategy and targets & to deliver a customer service experience inline with the Toi&moi brand.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities

• Deliver retail and customer service activities within to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the Online retail senior coordinator
• Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels
• Develop and manage the Online Shop whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns
• Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority
• Organise and dispatch daily customer orders
• Manage refunds and returned items
•  Control, collection and enforcement orders·        
• Check stock and stock control in cooperation with warehouse
• Carry out duties to help support the company’s mission statement in line with its core values.
