What You'll Do
• Lead the execution and evolution of our digital strategy across all platforms
• Manage and continuously improve our e-shops' performance and UX
• Expand our reach and impact across marketplaces
• Plan and execute powerful digital campaigns with a clear performance focus
• Launch and optimize Meta Ads and other paid social campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand presence
• Stay sharp—spot trends early, test new tools, and keep us ahead of the curve

What You Bring
• 5+ years in digital marketing or/and e-commerce, with hands-on experience
• Expertise with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and campaign metrics
• A mix of creativity and analytical thinking
• A passion for sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands (huge bonus!)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
