The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “LMS Clerk”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the LMS Administrator of the Training Department, based in Mavres Petres. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure data integrity within the LMS through regular audits and verification checks.
  • Identify and fix errors in employee records, course details, and other fields.
  • Maintain and organize employee records within the LMS, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
  • Support the development of archiving procedures to streamline record-keeping.
  • Act as the main contact for LMS users, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing navigation assistance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the LMS Administrator for resolution.
  • Oversee the transfer of training records and historical data to the LMS, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Collaborate with the LMS Administrator to configure skills matrices within the LMS.
  • Assist in defining competency frameworks, mapping skills, and assigning proficiency levels.

Requirements: 

  • Βachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data management, record keeping, or administrative role, preferably in a learning and development or HR environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach to end-user support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
