The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Trainer”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Training Coordinator of the Training Department, based in Mavres Petres.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs by evaluating employees’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Deliver training courses and training to support new product introductions (NPI)
- Perform follow-up assessments as per the training schedules for their department, track and create reports on outcomes of all learning activities.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they stay updated.
- Collaborate to build the annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
- Produce classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Assist in the review of the curricula and other tools created by consultants and external partners to ensure consistent quality, content, methodologies, approach, and style.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Maintain employees and contractors’ training records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in the implementation of training programs in the field of expertise.
- Experience with designing training programs and workshops is a plus.
- Knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification in the relevant field (e.g., Fixed Plant Maintenance, Electrical and Instrumentation, Welding, Mobile Equipment Maintenance, Underground Operations, Open Pit Operations, Processing, or Safety & Compliance)
- Certified Professional in Training Management is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and public speaking.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
- Knowledge in MS Office and database software.
