Training Center Coordinator (Συντονιστής/ρια Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης)

The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Training Center Coordinator (Συντονιστής/ρια Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης)”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Head of Training of the Training Department, based in Madem Lakkos. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the training center's physical infrastructure, ensuring proper functionality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
  • Monitor and ensure the timely procurement of consumables and materials for facilities and classrooms, including educational materials
  • Manage the upkeep and operational readiness of all electromechanical equipment, including training simulators, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ensure all critical training equipment is regularly inspected, calibrated, and certified in accordance with industry and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with external service providers and contractors to execute planned maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, fire protection systems, and security protocols
  • Maintain records of consumables, spare parts, and tools necessary for facility and equipment upkeep
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions while maintaining service quality
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for power outages, equipment failures, and other operational disruptions
  • Work closely with trainers, technical staff, and management to support smooth training operations
  • Maintain documentation on maintenance schedules, equipment certifications, and compliance records

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications in maintenance management, safety compliance, or related disciplines are a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility or equipment management
  • Experience working with contractors and maintenance teams
  • Exposure to compliance audits and certification processes
  • Strong understanding of facility management and electromechanical systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to training center equipment
  • Ability to manage contracts and liaise with external service providers
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and protocols
  • Competence in documentation and report preparation
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge
  • Basic budgeting and financial management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software
