The role: 

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager (Department of Service and Maintenance) to join our team. The individual will join a fast-paced environment and will be close to all departments to bring the project from concept to production, contributing to our mission of driving sustainable energy solutions forward.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project proposals and work plans, outlining time frames, budgets, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Oversee project phases including design, engineering and procurement.
• Coordinate all phases of project development from initial planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental standards and safety guidelines throughout the project.
• Budget management and cost control to ensure project costs stay within approved budget.
• Prepare and oversee implementation and detailed planning documents, such as turbine layout plans, grid connection plans, and site infrastructure plans.
• Documentation and reporting on the course of the project, the milestones reached, and the results achieved.
• Conduct project reviews, including creating detailed reports for executive staff and identifying areas for future improvement.
• Analyse data and produce chase lists/progress reports etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, renewable energies, project management or a comparable qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project manager role. Experience in the wind industry with major OEMs would be an asset (e.g. GE, ENERCON, VESTAS etc.).
• Experience in the implementation of wind energy projects, preferably in the area of planning, construction or operation of wind farms.
• Fundamental understanding of wind energy technology, including familiarity with MS office. 
• Strong project management skills, including planning, time management, budget control and risk management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of official regulations and environmental standards in the field of wind energy.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Any other languages are a plus.
