Enisolv is a newly established consulting and technology company in the field of maritime and a subsidiary company of Hydrus Engineering, continuing Hydrus’ well-established Energy & Innovation department’s know-how and expertise. We are looking for a Vessel Performance Analyst to join our team and work on vessels’ performance monitoring and analysis. Responsibilities:
• Be assigned with a fleet’s performance data analysis.
• Maintain a communication channel for client consultation on fleet’s status and corrective actions.
• Contribute with innovative ideas to continue developing new services, tools and products for our clients as well as contributing to execute our growth strategy.
• Communicate with a broad network of international colleagues and experts in a professional and credible manner.
• Plan and define the project stages, allocate available resources, coordinate the in-time project execution, supervise the process, maintain a high quality of deliverables.
• Meet with the Management team for developing and improving project management and administration procedures and tools.
• Coordinate different number and type of projects following annual quarter planning process.
• Maintain in depth relations with other Company’s management and personnel in order to allow for efficient flow of information and know-how.
• Maintain in depth relations with the Company’s clientele for ensuring efficient and in-time follow-up, troubleshooting and client satisfaction. Requirements:
➢ Strong academic background attested by a M.Sc/M.Eng in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
➢ Demonstrated experience (1-3 years) in a shipping company or technical/consultancy firm;
➢ Demonstrated experience (1-3 years) in daily reports and/or sensor data monitoring and analysis;
➢ Proven skills in terms of project management;
➢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
➢ Familiarization and experience on a modern coding language will be considered an asset.
