You will play a key role in the execution of Service/Spare parts related activities related to Marine & Ports Division, located in Metamorphossis, Attica. Reporting to Service Manager, you will coordinate Spare Parts/Service cases while acting as the key point of contact for the customer.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating and planning the provision of necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for on-site Service jobs.
• Ensuring that all parties fulfill all contractual obligations and business requirements to a high standard.
• Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system.
• Coordinating a seamless Spare Parts/Service order process from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
• Collaborating with other ABB units and teams to harmonize Service activities and to maximize Service sales at every opportunity.
• Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention
