Key Accountabilities

• Solve any mechanical issue that results in production delays
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment
• Monitor and control maintenance cost
• Create instruction and documentation for the use and maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Participate in the installation of new machinery
• Improve health and safety procedures

• Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (5 years degree)
• Master's degree will be considered a plus
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Good level of IT skills (Microsoft office, Computer networking basics, programming languages) will be considered a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
