ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of a multinational leader in the Food and Beverage Industry, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Health and Safety Specialist based in Evia.

Profile:

The position reports to the Health and Safety Manager and will be responsible for leading and supporting the Environmental, Health and Safety program to support company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop Health and Safety and Environmental initiatives in order to comply with local legislation & Group standards
• Develop and deliver training of colleagues on Environmental, Health & Safety practices
• Support departmental managers in implementing improvement initiatives
• Responsible for the management systems: ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
• Ensure compliance to Group H&S policies and standards
  
  

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering. MSc will be considered as an asset.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production or H&S management roles preferably in the food and beverages industry
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team spirit
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Structured personality with distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
