Τesting & Commissioning Manager (Volos)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Manager for the company’s projects based in Volos.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Testing Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the local team.
• Organize, prepare, and execute factory and track tests following the project’s validation procedures.
• Manage incidents detected during tests in collaboration with relevant departments for analysis and resolution.
• Report on test progress and results.
• Plan and manage tests and resources to meet objectives in terms of quality, time, and cost.
• Present test results to the Client.
• Ensure static and dynamic testing and commissioning activities are completed on time, according to the Programme Plan, cost, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report deadlines for Test & Commissioning activities to the Core Team.
• Coordinate resources and activities at the destination, ensuring necessary documentation, staff qualifications, and risk prevention for test execution and vehicle delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Customer regarding vehicle delivery, compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and the use of the Lessons Learned Database.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in tuning or maintenance of industrial, aeronautic, renewable, automotive, and of course railway machinery.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, database management and cloud storage, as well as communication networks and protocols (digital systems, electrical circuit design, and programming).
• Availability to travel frequently and extended stays in different destinations, both national and international, as well as to work in relays, τraining period: 2 months in Spain
• Fluency in English language, Spanish is an asset
