The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Site Services Superintendent” | “Υπεύθυνος/η Υπηρεσιών Εργοταξίου”, for its premises in Skouries Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Director, Operational Excellence of the Asset Management department of Skouries project.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing mentorship and training to ensure high performance.

·      Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

·      Conduct regular safety audits and take corrective actions.

·      Oversee the operation of cranes and mobile equipment, ensuring safety compliance.

·      Coordinate with operations and planning teams to schedule equipment usage.

·      Manage the maintenance of site buildings, roadways, and drainage systems.

·      Operate potable and waste water facilities.

·      Ensure infrastructure meets safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

·      Manage power supply agreements and collaborate with the electricity provider to ensure efficient supply.

·      Support electrical infrastructure projects and maintenance with the Electrical Engineer.

·      Oversee the operation and maintenance of fire protection and access control systems.

·      Ensure systems meet company standards and legal requirements.

·      Coordinate maintenance schedules for the light vehicle fleet.

·      Ensure vehicle availability and safety for site operations.

·      Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and safety standards.

·      Manage contractor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.

·      Develop and manage the site services budget, ensuring financial discipline.

·      Review expenditures to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising service quality or safety.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or facilities management, or a related field.

·      Post graduate qualifications in safety management, risk management, maintenance planning, or asset management are an advantage.

·      7+ years’ experience in site services management or a similar role.

·      Demonstrated experience in managing operations and maintenance of site infrastructure and equipment.

·      Committed to safety and continuous improvement.

·      Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.

·      Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems relevant to site services.

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

·      Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

·      Driving license.
