ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a dynamically growing company that provides services in the fields of Asset Management and Hospitality, is looking for a BIM Specialist.

📌 Location: Athens, Attiki

🖋️You will be reporting to: Project Manager

What you will do:

• Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software such as Revit
• Collaborating with design staff, studio leaders, and construction firms
• Setting up and following BIM standards, templates, and best practices
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent.
• Providing training, troubleshooting, and support for BIM users
• Training and supporting team members and other stakeholders in the use of BIM software and methodology
• Auditing and reporting on BIM model progress and quality
• Using BIM models to identify and resolve issues during design and construction phases
• Good Knowledge of legislation –Construction Permits Issuance Procedures
• Establishing and enforcing BIM standards and procedures within the organization
• Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM strategic planning
• Generating and managing digital data and reports from BIM models

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Design- Constrution.
• Excellent knowledge in Revit and AUTOCAD
• Fluent in a variety of design programs and software.
• Able to design frameworks and solve problems that may arise.
