Your responsibilities include

• Serve as the primary point of contact for MAN-ES with customers regarding project execution. Provide regular written progress reports and participate in meetings to ensure successful project completion.
• Review and ensure consistency with the Contractual terms. Collaborate with the Account Manager and Service Engineers to document and confirm all project requirements during the handover from sales to project execution.
• Prepare and deliver regular internal project status reports and maintain project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor progress, address schedule risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure timely project completion.
• Support Sales and Technical Dept with various tasks during execution of orders (SAP, Order creation, invoices, follow-up with internal stakeholders etc.)
• Ensure proper coordination and clarification of all tasks appointed.

You can help us with these qualifications

• Technical/engineering background
• Have 5+ years of experience as project coordinator executing technical projects/products
• Have 5+ years of experience with handling and monitoring component flows in an ERP system
• Experience with marine engines, engine performance and engine emissions is an advantage
• Certification in project management (Prince2, MSP, Agile, IPMA or PMP etc.) is an advantage
• Effective stakeholder management and issues/risks resolution skills
• Fluency in written and oral English
