We are looking for an LNG Field Operator to strengthen our LNG Operation team working in shifts in the Revithousa Terminal. Your call will be to contribute in carrying out regular and ad hoc work at the LNG station and the High-Performance Heat Combined Electricity production unit (CHP) for the orderly and safe operation of the LNG station. Your tasks will indicatively include:
- Participate in any kind of operation processes in LNG and CHP activities under normal or extraordinary conditions.
- Contribute in recording external indications of functional parameters of LNG and CHP equipment.
- Assist in taking samples from various points of LNG and CHP equipment.
- Perform isolation - deactivation of LNG and CHP equipment in order to achieve a more efficient maintenance process.
- Participate in testing operation of LNG and CHP equipment.
- Participate in the process of mooring, connection and unloading of LNG vessels.
- Participate and monitor the LNG truck loading activities.
- Participate in firefighting team, in both regular and ad hoc drills.
- Participate in programs/training of new, but also established, operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Technological Education) in engineering field.
- Relevant working experience is considered a plus, while exposure in the oil & gas sector is an advantage.
- Availability to work in shift mode.
- Residency in Megara would be considered an asset.
- Very good use and command of the English Language.
- Class B’ driving license.
