Kariera's Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, one of the world's leading suppliers of forklifts, high-tech storage and product handling systems, Service Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Oversee team activities, organize regular updates, and collaborate with Service Managers and other departments to achieve economic goals and improve processes
• Empower and monitor Field Service Engineers by addressing skill development, setting KPIs, evaluating performance, and ensuring process enhancements using tools like 'Service Engineer Excellence’
• Plan and manage team needs, including training, staffing, budgets, expense approvals, and profitability across all contract types (MC, FS, LTR)
• Ensure exceptional customer care by resolving complaints, managing high-value quotations, offering alternative solutions, and coordinating with Sales in urgent situations
• Monitor operational efficiency, including schedules, van stock, debit occasions, and customer visit updates in the C4C tool, while attending necessary management meetings

 

Qualifications:

 

• 3-5 years of experience in the After Sales industry
• High school graduate (IEK, TEI preferred)
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Greek
• Computer literate with knowledge of CRM/ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and organization skills
• Effective time management
• Good interpersonal relations with other departments
