The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of ‘Site Electrical Superintendent’ | ‘Προϊστάμενος/η Ηλεκτρολογικών Εγκαταστάσεων’, for its premises in Skouries Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Asset Manager of the Asset Management department in Skouries.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Ensure all electrical installations comply with Greek, European, and international regulations.

·      Maintain compliance documentation and support audits and inspections.

·      Implement updates based on regulatory changes and best practices.

·      Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems and projects within the mine.

·      Develop and monitor asset management plans to ensure reliability.

·      Establish and review standards for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

·      Conduct assessments and upgrades to improve system performance.

·      Manage electrical protection and arc flash studies.

·      Act as the technical liaison with the electrical provider.

·      Lead the site Energy Committee, organizing meetings and driving energy and emissions reduction projects.

·      Coordinate regional and corporate energy and greenhouse gas reporting.

·      Provide technical leadership and mentoring to electrical engineering and maintenance teams.

·      Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems efficiently.

·      Advise management and stakeholders on electrical matters, including energy efficiency and emissions reduction.

·      Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting emergency equipment failures.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

·      Master’s degree in electrical engineering is desirable.

·      Post graduate qualifications in safety management, asset management are an advantage.

·      8+ years’ experience in a technical specialist or electrical management role.

·      Experienced in medium and high voltage distribution and systems.

·      Extensive knowledge of engineering techniques, principles and practices.

·      Demonstrated experience in managing operations and maintenance of site infrastructure and equipment.

·      Committed to safety and continuous improvement.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Leadership and team management abilities.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

·      Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools.

·      An understanding of risk management and safety protocols in a mining context

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

·      Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Driving License.
