The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving production efficiency, ensuring safety, and maintaining product quality standards.

As a Manufacturing Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, staffing, and safety compliance. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest product standards.
• Manage plant budgets and control costs to improve profitability.

Qualifications:
