Construction Director

As a Construction Director, you will play a key role in shaping the foundation of this exciting venture.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of high-end construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple project phases.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Build and manage strong teams and partnerships with contractors and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within construction.
• Proven background in luxury developments and/or hospitality construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Familiarity with modern construction techniques, sustainability practices, and premium quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
