As a Unilever Future Leaders Programme Trainee in the Finance Department, you will be part of a vibrant team that plays a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of finance, ensuring you develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a future leader in the field. Dive into exciting placements across departments like Commercial Finance, Tax & Treasury, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with global and local teams, tackling thrilling projects that span international landscapes and local markets. Your journey will be filled with dynamic challenges, allowing you to unleash your financial prowess and creativity while making a real impact!
Over a max of 3 years, you’ll cover up to 2 - 3 placements that might include international assignments as well.
You could be the Perfect Candidate if you are:
- Graduate in Economics / Business Administration
- Postgraduate degree in relevant subjects would be considered as a plus
- Fluency in Greek & English
- No military obligations pending for male candidates
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- International mobility
- Be ready to start your journey on February 2024
We are seeking for someone who has:
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers

- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment
You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different business units across Europe/Eastern Europe.
