As a new joiner, you will be placed in Alpha Bank’s Branch Network to identify and meet Customers’ needs, to promote Bank’s products and services to existing and new Customers, while offering exceptional Customer experience and turning our Customers into enthusiastic advocates for the bank.

What you will be doing

• Consistently provide outstanding service to new and existing customers, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Understand various customer profiles, to efficiently provide products and services that align with their needs.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers.
• In depth understanding of potential customer opportunities.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Alpha Bank’s product and services portfolio to effectively promote them.
• Understand and uphold the organization’s policies and internal procedures, ensuring that we keep our promises to our Customers.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s and/or a postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any other related field.
• Previous work experience in Customer Service/Sales roles will be considered an asset.
• Strong collaboration skills in your daily interactions with both Customers and Alpha Bank Employees.
• A passion for the Customer, offering excellent customer experience at all times.
• Self-motivation, methodical approach and results-oriented perspective.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in the Greek and in the English language.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
