As a result of our continuous growth, we are looking for a:

 

Buyer

Role

• Communicate daily with suppliers and build strong relationships
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best price, quantities and delivery time scales in order to achieve the commercial targets
• Research, evaluate and select suppliers and products
• Ensure the smooth and on time delivery of the products
• Monitor stock and plan purchases accordingly and within budget
• Coordinate the overall purchase process (buying, payment, logistics)
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Collaborate efficiently with internal departments

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3-year previous experience will be considered as an asset
• In depth knowledge of MS OFFICE, internet applications and ERP
• Pleasant, positive and kind attitude
• Ability to multitask and deal issues in a structured and effective way
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) as well as active listening skills
• Organization skills
• Decision making skills
• Teamwork spirit
