Energy Billing Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Energy Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and utility operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing of energy consumption, and processing and analyzing data.

This role involves supporting the team in developing and improving billing processes and participating in product development projects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage energy consumption invoices for customers.
• Ensure billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Analyze energy consumption data and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ΙΤ, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service, to enhance billing efficiency and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve billing accuracy and reduce errors.
• Support business in product portfolio development.
• Assist the team with projects focused on enhancing billing systems and processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in energy billing systems and technologies.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience in Utilities or other related industry. Experience in Energy Billing will be considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or other related field.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP Billing software and tools relevant to energy utilities.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel Spreadsheet is mandatory.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
