Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in research, development and producing of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, is looking for an Accounting Assistant.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be a part of accounting team. Your profile includes performing various tasks related to tax preparation, cash flow, costing, audtis and financial reporting. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting department. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Your primary responsibilities will consist of:
- Helping to prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Accurately processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconciling bank statements while managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Assisting with the monthly and annual closing procedures.
- Working alongside senior accountants to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experiencein in a similar position is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Very good knowledge of computers and the English language
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive attitude and organization
